About the Recipe
Frontloading your nutrition with fibre and protein are key to stabilising blood sugar and giving you fuel for the day ahead - important for busy lives. These easy overnight oats are quick to prep ahead and you can tweak the recipe to suit your taste. Make in a portable jar, grab a spoon and you're good to go! Future You will thank you for making this ahead of time.

Ingredients
50g rolled organic oats
1tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Scoop protein powder (optional)
120ml Milk of your choice
handful of berries (fresh or frozen)
3tbsp greek yogurt
1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Add the oats to a jam jar with a
lid. Mix in 1tsp (7g) of chia seeds and 1/2
tsp of cinnamon. Option to add a scoop of protein
powder here if using.
Pour in 120ml of milk of your choice,
covering the mixture and stir thoroughly
together.
Add handful of berries or fruit of choice.
(frozen berries can also be defrosted
overnight while oats are soaking)
Top with greek yogurt and 1 tsp of pumpkin
seeds.
