Hey! I'm Nancy - the non-judgy health coach.
I'm a certified health and wellbeing coach and naturopathic practitioner helping women over 40 have more energy, a calmer mind and feel confident in their skin, without overhauling their entire life.
The women I work with are putting the effort in, searching for advice, trying all the things - and still wondering why they don’t feel like themselves. Not because they lack discipline - but because no one has ever helped them actually understand what their body is asking for.
That's the work I do. I help you tune in, make sense of what's going on, and build health habits that feel intuitive and fit your real life - not someone else's rulebook.
My story
So often, wanting to feel better starts with wanting to feel like your clothes fit better. For me, it was no different.
I felt miserable about myself and wanted to get fit. I quit smoking. Cut back on drinking. Hired a personal trainer. Tracked every calorie and macro. Ticked every box.
And then my body stopped me in my tracks anyway.
Despite making lots of healthy changes, I was exhausted. My hormones felt haywire. My anxiety spiralled. When panic attacks hit, I was signed off work with "stress response" written on the sick note and medication for high blood pressure. The cruel irony was I was trying so hard to be healthy and I burnt out in the process.
What followed was a turning point.
I realised my body had been trying to communicate with me all along. The skin breakouts. The weight gain. The nagging headaches. Mood swings and brain fog. Lying awake for hours at night. I had been treating each thing separately and relying on quick fixes that didn’t help long term. So I started thinking about my whole health - nervous system and hormones included.
I leaned into mindfulness - the neuroscience of actually noticing what's going on in your body and responding with curiosity instead of criticism. I stopped restricting my food and learned about proper nutrition to fuel my activity and support a stressed nervous system. I aligned my exercise with my cycle. I found community. I started to be kinder to myself.
With a more sustainable approach, the weight stayed off without feeling hungry. I could enjoy a treat without any guilt. I felt stronger and fitter than I ever had and built a new relationship with my body. This meant I felt confident enough to retrain, quit my job, and build a life doing work I actually love.
Now, as a woman in my 40s myself, I can feel my body shifting again - asking for something different. And that's OK. The key to my approach is that it’s flexible. By listening to my body, I know how to respond.


How I help
My approach is built around five foundations of midlife health: sleep, stress, nutrition, movement and hormones. Rather than giving you a cookie-cutter plan, we look at all five and how they interrelate, to understand what's actually going on for you in your reality - because no two bodies, or lives, are the same.
Inside my signature programme Thrive Beyond 40, I teach you my R.I.S.E. framework - Reflect, Implement, Simplify, Enjoy - to give you a clear process for building habits that actually stick. Not white-knuckling it with willpower but consciously and confidently making choices that support your energy and your goals.
My clients leave knowing how to tweak nutrition for more energy and no more 3pm slumps. They sleep better and wake feeling more refreshed. They find movement habits that work for them inside their real life, without draining time and understand how to fuel for real results. They finally see their symptoms as signals and learn to support hormonal health.
And the underlying thread through it all - how to be kind to yourself.
The goal isn't perfection. It's helping you become someone who knows how to read their own signals, and trust them, so you can find your version of healthy.

I'm trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and am a registered health coach with the UKIHCA and the ANP. I am also a mindfulness practitioner and help you to use mindfulness strategically in a busy, modern life.
I’m not going to judge you for a boozy weekend or raise an eyebrow if you skip a workout. You get to choose what healthy looks like for you and I’ll keep you accountable to that.
