How do I know you need this?

Because I've been where you are.

A few years ago, I was ticking all the boxes - building my career, keeping up appearances, juggling life's curve balls and doing everything I was “supposed” to. But under the surface?

 

I was bone tired. Forgetting words mid-sentence. Needing a nap by lunchtime and feeling like my clothes were getting tighter. I didn’t feel like myself - and none of the usual tactics were working.

 

I doubled down and did what we’re all told to do:

I weighed every meal. Hired a PT. Cut carbs. Tracked everything.​ The weight shifted. But if anything, inside I felt worse.

 

My skin flared with acne. I couldn’t concentrate. My sleep collapsed. Eventually, I was signed off work with “stress response” on my sick note - full-blown burnout.

 

The doctor offered me birth control and anti-depressants - but I felt that there must be another way. I didn’t need more pressure or pills. I needed answers. 

 

I wanted to understand what my body was trying to tell me - and how to respond with support, not stress. That’s when things really began to change.

 

That journey led me to train as a naturopathic health coach - and to create the Midlife Health MOT.

Q: Will this work if I’m already on HRT or seeing a GP?

A: No. It’s about understanding your body, not restricting it. You’ll learn how to support yourself with simple, realistic changes that boost your energy and supports your metabolism and hormonal health.

 

Q: What if I want longer-term support?

Q: Will you suggest supplements?
