Before our session, you’ll complete a 1 week food and lifestyle diary and a comprehensive intake questionnaire so we can pinpoint what’s working and what’s holding you back. There’s no judgement - this is all about gaining clarity and clear steps forward.

In our 1:1 90 minute online coaching call, we’ll do a deep dive and uncover practical tweaks and personalised strategies to boost your energy and feel-good factor - without disrupting your life or giving up all the fun stuff.

You’ll also get my 40 page nutrition guide, complete with recipes, shopping list and meal planning tips for busy women over 40, which you can always refer back to for tips and ideas to fuel up and fortify in your 40s and beyond.
